Embracing Pride: A Commitment to Inclusion at Marco Paul

This June the team and I are celebrating Pride Month, in Marco Paul, it’s a time for reflection, celebration, and renewed commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. To us Pride is more than just a month on the calendar, it’s a fundamental part of who we are & how we operateAs a queer woman and as someone who has retreated in silence about my sexual orientation within the workplace, I make it my mission to make Marco Paul an environment where we are inclusive 12 months of the year, not just in June. 

Marco Paul’s Commitment to Pride 

We understand that true inclusion goes beyond a single month of celebration. It requires a continuous, year-round effort to educate, advocate, and create an environment where everyone can thrive. We are committed to: 

  • Fostering an inclusive culture: Encouraging open dialogue, respect, and understanding among all employees. 

  • Supporting our LGBTQIA+ colleagues: Ensuring that our workplace is a safe space where everyone feels comfortable and can bring their authentic selves to work. 

  • Continuous learning and improvement: Actively seeking ways to enhance our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
