Purchasing and Delivery FAQs

We currently deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom, however we are looking to expand this in the near future, so watch this space!

Yes, we offer free shipping with all orders.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron, American Express, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Unfortunately, we are unable to remove items from an existing order, instead please return unwanted items once you receive your order. You can initiate a return once you receive your order.

We would then advise you to return your damaged or faulty item to:

Please include a copy of your details, including your name, delivery postcode, reason for the return and a contact telephone number, so we know who has returned the item and are able to get a refund issued for you.

Please note when you are returning an item it must be returned in the same condition that you received it in. Please do not write on the box and if you need to tape the boxes, please only use clear tape as both brown tape and duct tape damage the packaging.

We’re most responsive between 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday, and will be happy to help you within those times.

Garden Mile and Marco Paul are our two main brands. Garden Mile is the face of our garden & outdoor products, while Marco Paul is related to our interior & indoor products. To learn more about our story, please check out our about us page.

We strive to get all orders to our customers within 3-5 working days, your order may arrive via Royal Mail tracked or one of our trusted courier services. All tracking information will be made available to you upon purchase so you can check the progress of your order.

If you have selected next day, we will despatch it the same working day it is ordered to be delivered the next day.

We have the option at check out to pay for your order over 2-3 payments via PayPal.

We currently don’t offer gift cards, If this is something that you would be interested in please contact us via email and we will look into this option for our customers.
