Shipping Information

Please note we are currently limited to shipping only within the United Kingdom.

Shipping is free of charge.

Our shipping method is Tracked 48 hours service.

Currently we do not offer international shipping through our website, however we aim to make this available in the very near future.

Returns FAQs

If your purchase hasn't been to your satisfaction, or hasn't met our highest standards, we're here to help and answer any questions you may have.

Upon receiving an item, you may return it within 60 calendar days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

We ask that you please:

  • Package the product securely to ensure safe collection.
  • Look after the product whilst in your possession
  • Return all original packaging, tags, labels and accessories related to your purchase.

Refunds are processed within 8-10 working days upon goods being received by us.

If any of our products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution to the problem in a timely manner and to your complete satisfaction.

If you would like to exchange or return a product, please contact us.

If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, we will pay for the cost of your return. If your return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Please note that if you do not return the product to us within 28 days of cancelling your order, you will be responsible for our costs in recovering that product from you.

If you are returning all of your order, we will refund the original delivery charge (if paid) in full.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you directly onto the card that was used to make the purchase.

Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
